Information and consent under Turkish Electronic Commerce Law No. 6563.
Dola Gıda Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("Dola Gıda") operates at OSTİM OSB Mah. 243. Cad. No: 7 Yenimahalle / Ankara. In accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, this text explains the scope of your consent to receive commercial electronic messages.
Scope of consent
By ticking the "I agree to receive commercial electronic messages" box on the forms on our website, you consent to Dola Gıda sending you promotional and informational commercial electronic messages about our products, new products, campaigns, discounts, events, recipes and announcements.
Communication channels
Commercial electronic messages may be sent to the contact details you provide on the form via e-mail, text message (SMS), phone calls and instant messaging applications (e.g. WhatsApp).
Consent is optional
Giving consent to commercial electronic messages is entirely optional. Not giving consent does not affect in any way the response to your request submitted through the contact form.
Withdrawing consent (right to refuse)
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge. To do so, you can:
- use the opt-out link or instructions in the messages sent to you,
- write "I withdraw my commercial message consent" to info@dola.com.tr,
- contact us by phone at +90 (312) 472 42 12,
- submit an opt-out through the Message Management System (İYS) (iys.org.tr).
After your opt-out request reaches us, sending of commercial electronic messages to you will be stopped within three business days at the latest.
Message Management System (İYS)
The consent you give is recorded in the Message Management System as required by legislation. Your consent and opt-out records are kept for the period prescribed by legislation.
