Personal data processed

• Identity data: first name, last name
• Contact data: e-mail address, phone number
• Request data: the content of the message you send through the contact form
• Transaction security data: IP address, date and time

Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed to respond to your requests, to provide information about products and order processes, to conduct dealership and sales talks, to ensure information security and to fulfil legal obligations. If you give your consent, it is also processed to send you commercial electronic messages about campaigns, new products and announcements.

Legal basis and method of collection

Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website, e-mail and phone channels, and is processed on the legal grounds of explicit consent, the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and legitimate interest set out in Article 5 of the Law. Sending commercial electronic messages is based solely on the consent you give under Law No. 6563; you may withdraw your consent at any time.

Transfers

Your personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes above and with the necessary security measures, with legally authorised public authorities, with the hosting, e-mail and SMS infrastructure providers we use, and with the Message Management System (İYS) for recording commercial message consents.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction in accordance with the Law, to object, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
